After Sales, refund and Return
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All goods subject to an export or import license are not returnable – except in the case of a VAS, in which case the product will be shipped directly to the manufacturer, the shipment being supported by our brand.
Non returnable items
Custom or made-to-measure products (we consider that the customer who ordered an article made exclusively for him knows in advance (because he will have asked all the questions he wishes) the details of the object received. OF COURSE THE OBJECT IS TAKEN BACK IN CASE OF MANUFACTURING ERROR
In order to take charge of the guarantee linked to your order or to the re-shipment, we will ask you to produce a receipt or a proof of purchase (e-mail exchanges, copy of the order, invoice number…).
In some situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not related to our services
- Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your parcel return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. the causes of a refusal are:
- Damaged or worn equipment
- Marked or engraved material
- Material different from the one ordered and delivered by us
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a period of 3 to 9 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :
If you have not received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially available. Then contact your bank. There is a processing time before a refund is effective.

Items on sale (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, items on sale can not be refunded, except in the case of a product defect and the product warranty automatically provided by our services and those of the manufacturer.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item (identical reference but with a different size), send us an e-mail to sales@aresmaxima.com and we will send you the return address (depending on your country of residence) as well as the shipping time of the item and its availability in the desired size.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when you purchased it and you shipped it directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an electronic gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a “gift” at the time of purchase, or if the donor received the order to give to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and they will complete the refund transaction for your benefit directly, without us being (and being credited as) the intermediary.
Delivery
To return your products, simply contact us (by e-mail, phone or via social networks), with your order number. The return address will be communicated to you according to your country of residence.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return charge will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you use a traceable shipping service or include shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item or the condition of the package.
