MOBILE CONCRETE MODULES page banner arescbrn.com

To quickly establish a high level of security & strengthen the defense of interior perimeters, access routes to urban centers, to control release points, pedestrian and motorized flows, different concrete modules are offered:

BALLISTIC WALL

Modular, easy to install and dismantle – no maintenance and deployment up to a height of 6 m.

BALLISTIC SHIELDS

To reinforce the level of protection of existing buildings – mobile and easy to position according to the evolution of the risk or the use of the building.

TUNNEL TO PROTECT HIGH PRIORITY CABLES

Cable tunnels protect your power lines, your fiber optic cables and any (non-submerged) cable passages considered sensitive

CHECKPOINT

Rapid reinforcement by deployment of concrete checkpoints (UHP fiber-reinforced concrete) – border zone, airport, etc. Transportable on flatbed truck, immediately operational – designed for immediate reaction in the event of emergency or war.

CIRCLE SHIELD

Molded part in UHPC composite concrete (steel microfiber reinforcement) – for a 360° vision & response capacity – certified by the Military Research Institute s.p. and the National Testing Institute of the Technical University of Prague.

  • Balistic resistance A5
  • Shrapnel resistance C4
  • Blast resistance D6

For a basic segment

  • Clear width: 2.5 m
  • Clearance height: 2.5 m
  • Length: 2m Wall thickness: 20 cm
  • Segment length + cover: 3 m
  • Base segment weight: 9.8 t
  • Total weight: 10.5 t
  • Capacity: 1 to 3 men
  • Assembly: up to 2 hours by one team
  • 10 t crane, transports a freight wagon.

Dimensions of a linear segment (ballistic wall)

  • Dimensions of the concrete slab: 1 x 1.5 m
  • Height: 4 m Length: 4.5m
  • Wall thickness: 20 cm
  • Weight (complete safety element, base included): 13.8 t
  • Foundation (depth): 2.5 m

The security wall is assembled from UHPC composite panels which are successively inserted into the supports of the HEB rolled steel profile columns. The steel sleeves are connected together by a spacer element and anchored together in the concrete footings to a depth of 2.5 m. The space between the steel column and the sleeve is filled with permanently flexible rubber granules.
